Anna was born in Ukraine and grew up in the countryside on a small, self-sufficient family farm. On the farm, food was grown, processed, and preserved throughout the year. From an early age, she became involved in the entire cycle from seed to plate. Having lived in Germany for over a decade, she now combines her interest in education for sustainable development with her passion for plant-based cooking. Anna supports and trains community kitchens across Berlin and draws inspiration from her Ukrainian food traditions, as well as fermentation and seasonal cooking.
