Gemüse Syndikat: Regional Veggies from Sustainable Farms

Meet Gemüse Syndikat, a community-supported agriculture (CSA) project connecting the Karolinengarten and Auenhof Havelland farms with Berlin and Brandenburg households. United by a passion for fresh vegetables and shared values, the Gemüse-Syndikat makes fair, seasonal, and sustainable farming accessible to everyone.

All vegetables come straight from the farm, 100% from Brandenburg, and grown without energy-intensive forcing or chemical fertilizers, from the field to your plate.

Their annual bidding round in March allows members to choose a contribution that fits their budget, ensuring everyone can participate while fairly supporting the farmers and securing the annual production costs.

The farms follow ecological farming practices: soil-building, crop rotation, biodiversity zones, and only using open-pollinated seeds, no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides,  for healthy soils and healthy people. Members pick up their fresh veggies weekly (or every two weeks in winter) at local Berlin depots.
