What’s the goal of the hub?
Collaborating with food system stakeholders, we aim to identify the key facilitators and barriers to adopting more sustainable food options, creating strategies that make environmentally and healthier choices easier, more accessible and more appealing.
What are we doing?
Through various initiatives—ranging from self-sufficiency gardens and school cafeterias to supermarkets and university dining halls—along with promotion and awareness actions, the hub seeks to drive the transition towards more sustainable and healthier food consumption
